Paul Geurtsen
Paul draws on a rich background in horticultural farming and agricultural economics.
While initially starting as a technical officer, Paul quickly ascended to positions of operations management and spearheaded business expansion within corporate farming enterprises in the horticultural/wildflower sectors.
Managing workforces of over 200 employees during critical periods, such as the harvest of export-grade flowers and locally supplied vegetables, provided invaluable insights into the intricacies of managing a wide range of intensive horticultural production systems.
Irrigation Specialist
Henry Bosman
Henry Bosman is an experienced director and solutions provider in the horticulture industry and has been with ICI Industries since 2007.
Henry has an Agricultural Engineering honours degree with skills in project sales, sustainable development, water filtration and water quality for all irrigation needs.
Originally from Zimbabwe, he came to Australia in 2004 via the United Kingdom.
Henry’s Greenhouse and Irrigation project management experience include; over 25,000ha of permanent orchards / forestry and 25ha of high-tech Greenhouses across Australia.


Lead Technical Specialist
Levi Nupponen
A horticultural scientist (Hons) with over 18 years’ experience in the protected cropping sector and executive training at INSEAD. Levi has held technical, operational and marketing roles in Oceania, Europe and North-East Asia.
His career began in The Netherlands before returning to Australia as Grower Manager with Costa Group on their first large scale glasshouses in Australia. He then moved to the global agribusiness Syngenta receiving global recognition for work initiating the snacking tomato category in Australia.
In 2012 Levi joined the start-up Green Camel. He is co-inventor of their patent pending technology in the sustainable food sector which was recognized by Levi and his co-inventor winning The University of Sydney 2016 Alumni Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
As Managing Director of consultancy business Agrology, Levi has advised horticulture/glasshouse operators across the globe with projects in the US, Europe and New Zealand.
In addition to the primary focus of Agrology, Levi is also a board member of Regional Development Australia, Southern Inland (RDASI)
